My names Courtney and I am 22 years old. I am married to the love of my life Derrick, 3 years and going strong. We have an amazing beautiful 3 year old daughter Payton. We are from California but we are in Colorado for now with our two dogs (Bo and Duke). I have two horses (Violet and Arizona) back in Cali with my mom.

My husband Derrick and I met in sunny California. Our moms were friends and that is how we met. My husband was 20 and two days after my 18th birthday we started dating. We had our ups and downs, six months later he joined the Army and left for Basic Training. I found out I was pregnant a couple weeks after he left. 

We got married July 6th 2011 and moved 9 hours away from family to Fort Irwin, Ca, where he got stationed. Living together for the first time and me being 19 and 32 pregnant with no family around was hard. I gave birth to our amazing daughter Payton Sept 24th 2011. We had a hard marriage for the first 2 years but we proved everyone wrong and are the happiest we have ever been!

We moved to Colorado June 10th 2013. In Oct 2013 Derrick deployed and Payton and I stayed in Co. It was the hardest thing I ever went threw, It was the first time I have ever lived on my own. He came home in July 2014 and we are living life to the fullest we can and waiting for what God has planned for us.
